NEPAL

NEPAL

Nepal is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of bio-diversity due to its unique geographical position and latitudinal variation. The elevation of the country ranges from 60m above sea level to the highest point on earth, Mt. Everest at 8,848 m, all within a distance of 150 km resulting in climate conditions from sub-tropical to the Arctic. Nepal is a landlocked country situated between China in the north and India in the south, east, and west.

When we think of Nepal, most people will conjure up images of the Himalaya. Indeed, eight of the world’s 10 tallest peaks are located here. The country is, however, distinguished not only for its high mountains but for its unique cultural heritage, artistic monuments, exotic wildlife, and most of all, the friendliest people you have ever met.
